Minutes of the meeting: January 13, 2006, Friday.
Attendees: Mythus / Badtoyz / Roder / Coolwind / Bernard / Mixme / Harryblurred / Trebor / Eric / Hernan / Gino / Wesley_Martin
Place: Ridershop, Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Agenda:
-Jacket Design & finalization process

Jacket.
We started out with discussing the Jacket adopting part of Jazzryts’ design.
The Black jacket with the white or silver streak that goes along the inner sleeve, chest to the other sleeve. Same at the back.
Front Zip. Pocketed.
We’ll use a patch for the Suzuki circle logo.
We included MCP as a patch to be placed on the right shoulder.
We will be asking solicitation from Eneos, Nippon Oil for sponsorship, therefore a patch from them will be also be customized.
Back portion will show the ancient official big logo of PSRC, we’re still figuring out what color to put, also the callsign.
Target Date: Canvassing at Danfort Tailoring at Tunasan Muntinlupa by Mixme within the week. (or Allendale at Quiapo, Manila)
Budget: 750bucks (may still vary)

I just edited it to look like how we want to appear.
Final product may differ.
Cub Sticker.
The Suzuki official ID logo with the area code & the last three digits of the member number.
Two stickers will be produced for the front & the rear portion of the cub for easy identification.
Circle Background is chrome sticker, Letters & borders are in black, S logo is red.
Size is 3.5” in diameter.
Target date: This week at South Style Graphics, Tagapo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
Budget: 100bucks for 2pcs.

Finalization is between Pixel & yours truly.
The back portion indicating other relevant items are being discussed. (Authorized Signatory, etc.)
Budget for each ID is less than 100 using the rubberized teslin that I have showed to some at 2005 Real, Quezon ride.
It is not as brittle as the pvc type.
We have adopted Pixel’s idea with the numbering:
The numbering shall be as follows: LG05001 “LG”-Laguna Chapter / 05 - oath year / 001 nth member.
Election of Officers: (Attendees are 66% of the active members of Laguna Chapter)

Here’s hoping we could implement a big turn-point this year from the previous misadventures and misfortunes. I can’t speak for everyone but at this point with this message I am trying to show our support to PSRC’s objective in propagating law&safety-educated riders.
Not only with members, but also with our guests, because not only they’re part of our circle of friends, but also as family.
Let fond memories linger in every road and places we’ve been to.

They were the pioneers of Laguna Chapter.
The other members who came after and aspirants for this year will be gathering on the 17th of February, Friday.
Induction of officers and Oath taking of the new members.
The event is open for all PSRC members & aspi’s.

We will be having a Rizal Province Roundabout, sort of a knee stretch after a long hibernation.

You can join us from C5 as we circle the StaRosa-Sanpedro-Alabang-Bicutan-C5-Rizal-Laguna route.
We’ll just meet you at C5 or Pililla so we could join in one hefty lunch at Famy.
